Bamboo Towels and Their Qualities

My friends and I jumped on the green bandwagon a few years ago and I’m still constantly amazed by the luxury eco-friendly items available. Among our favorite green luxury items has to be my bamboo bath towels set. After touching the fabric we could never go back to old cotton towels. The fabric has a soft suede like feel that’s just wonderful on bare skin.

Bamboo bath towels are 50 percent more absorbent than traditional cotton bath towels. In other words, those high thread count Egyptian cotton bath towels you could pay a fortune for don’t get the job done as quickly as a bamboo bath towel. No pesticides or harsh chemicals are used in the creation of bamboo fabric so you can rest easy that you won’t be introducing any harmful substances to your home. The fact that bamboo fabric is considered a sustainable textile is just icing on the cake!

Although bamboo is always thought of as a stiff material, when turned into towels or batch mats it becomes very soft to the touch and comes in a wide variety of colors. You can fill your bathroom with all ninja bamboo accents that is stylish and has lots of personality. So when it comes time to decorate the room that people want to spend the least amount of time in, consider a bamboo motif.
